The UCPG medical association, Union of Catholic Physicians in Germany (and Austria) is an association of of Catholic physicians, engaged in their profession, society, faith and roman-Catholic church. Welcome at the UCPG-initiative are Catholic dentists, psycotherapists, medical students, priests - and interested hosts too..
Worldwide and on location
The UCPG-doctors in Germany (and Austria) have a view as a part of the international Catholic work of physicians. Of importance are reglular meetings with prayer, formation and interchange of opinions. (The principle of the '4 R' are guidelines for all interested, active members of UCPG.: Regional - regular meetings- roman-Catholic, - ...)
Formation of opinion
In context of her work of public relation and formation the UCPG-association approaches actual and 'inconvenient' topics, regarding medicine and Christian faith. Further occasionally press-reports. Twice a year UCPG-doctors take part at a Christian congress with their information stand.
Believing physicians
Medical profession and Christian faith stand together. Sometimes visible in the public - as here - in the car of a Christian physician during urgent visites at home. - The UPG-doctors are connected with the Roman-Catholic church and orientated at her doctrine, although they work in a medical association, independent of the church. For these doctors medical work, Christian faith and prayer are in union. Collaboration with clergymen, parishes, religious institutions too - connected with a personal life of faith.
